CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE LAW NUMBERED 6698 REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PERMISSION FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Blutrade Information Technologies Trade Joint Stock Company ("Blutrade" or "Company") may contact me via the communication channels (telephone, e-mail, SMS, mobile applications, etc.) that I have shared or will share with the Company in the future, for the purpose of conducting necessary marketing activities to benefit from the opportunities and campaigns related to the services offered by the Company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering personalized products and services to the customer. This permission includes the storage and use of the information I have shared by the Company, the sending of all kinds of commercial electronic messages by the Company, and the registration and storage of the content of commercial electronic messages and other records related to the shipment, if necessary, to be submitted to the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

This Commercial Electronic Communication Permission is an integral part of the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, and Information Note specified on the official website of the Company.

In the light of the above information, I give my consent for the Company to send electronic messages to me within the scope of the Commercial Electronic Communication Permission.
